Returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:

• Damaged Product – If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days for a replacement or refund.

• Incorrect Order Quantity – If you receive the wrong quantity, notify us within 3 days to arrange a correction.

• Wrong Product Received – If you receive an incorrect item, we will process an exchange or refund upon verification.

Note: Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

2. Return & Exchange Guidelines

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in their original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
